The Position:
- We're looking for Logistics & Production Coordinator. The pay range we're offering is based on experience.

Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills for daily interaction with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments and remain flexible to meet business and customer demands.
- Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation.
- Ability to effectively implement solutions or respond to change.
- 1 – 3 years of relevant manufacturing analysis and process experience.
- Practical experience in manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Experience in using ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review production schedules and work orders for accuracy, help determine adequate personnel and materials are available, and ensure ability to meet customer demand.
- Develop and communicate daily production and shipping schedules.
- Coordinate deliveries of material utilizing company fleet vehicles, 3PL freight brokers and LTL carriers, while ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining cost-efficiency.
- Generate compliant bill of lading (BOL) documentation and oversee shipment tracking from origin to destination to be provided to internal and external customers.
- Review 3PL/LTL carrier performance on a consistent basis to ensure price competitiveness and service.
- Verification and recording of documentation on incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing counts, weights, or measures against bills of lading (BOL), invoices, orders, or other records.
- Receive incoming materials into ERP system after verification and maintain receiving documents per company procedures.
- Assist in performing inventory activities, including cycle counting.
