About the Role:We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team at our Seymour, IN facility. This position is focused on operating spray dryer equipment and supporting various manufacturing processes in a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate spray dryer and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete batch records and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours 3p-11:30p
- 3rd shift hours 11p- 7:30a
