Our customer in Rockford,Illinoisis seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re hiringInsideSales Representatives to work full-time on 1st shift. As an InsideSales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with sales and production teams, and ensuring smooth operations within the inside sales department.
Responsibilities of theInsideSales Representative:
- Learn and execute all activities required for efficient order processing and customer account management.
- Handle routine sales calls and follow-up with customers.
- Coordinate with outside sales team regarding account needs and issues.
- Maintain accurate and legible reports and data.
- Clearly communicate information to managers and team members to ensure smooth transitions between departments and shifts.
- Promote continuous improvement in daily operations and workflow efficiency.
InsideSales Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Pay forInsideSales Representative:Starting at $18/hour.
