Location: Hamlet, NC
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000
We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects, including hyperscale data centers and healthcare facilities. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution, client relationships, financial performance, scheduling, safety, and team leadership from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience with an electrical contractor
- Hyperscale data center experience required
- Healthcare project experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction documents, budgeting, scheduling, and change order management
- Experience leading project teams and coordinating with field operations
Preferred:
- Construction Management degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office
