Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary Rate: $110,000 - $140,000

My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial plumbing and HVAC projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, procurement, field operations, subcontractors, and client relationships while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial plumbing and HVAC projects simultaneously.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, billing, and overall profitability.
• Provide leadership and support to field supervisors, foremen, and project teams.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and oversee project closeout activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical construction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, and project controls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
