At Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Cook to join our food service team. As a Dietary Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees, sides, and desserts, for our residents

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations

• Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to our dietary guidelines and regulations

• Collaborate with our dietary team to plan and execute menu items, catering to residents' dietary needs and preferences

• Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of food and supplies

• Participate in food safety and sanitation training, ensuring that all standards are met

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook or in a related field

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Basic math skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
