At Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while maintaining a clean and organized dietary service department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation, including food preparation, plating, and serving
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dietary service department
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Support the dietary team with meal delivery and tray service
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
