CNC Programmer/Machinist

## Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using G-code and CAD/CAM software to create precise components.

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, ensuring optimal performance and quality.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.

• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC machinery.

• Proficiency in G-code programming and familiarity with CAD/CAM software.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
