Training will include strategies for promoting open houses, engaging visitors, building relationships, and converting conversations into future business. Marketing resources, technology, and social media guidance will provide additional ways to expand your reach and develop your professional presence.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to residential sales, luxury properties, investment opportunities, contracts, negotiations, and transaction management. Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan commissions

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine sales techniques and stay updated on market trends.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
