Bar Manager

Full-Time Bar Manager, overseeing a staff of 6 to 10 members. Responsibilities include daily bar operations, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming, and health and safety regulations. Additional duties include working with leadership in hiring new staff members and ensuring that they are properly trained and certified

Staff Management- Hires, trains, and schedules bartender and bar staff to ensure efficient operations.

Inventory Control - Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control beverage costs to maximize profitability.

Customer Service - Maintain high standards of customer service, interact with patrons, and handle complaints.

Compliance- Ensure the bar adheres to licensing requirements and health regulations.
