Assistant Store Manager ( Part time or full time)

Nutrishop is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager for our stores in Meridian and Nampa, Idaho. You will lead the sales floor, coach our Health Coaches and back up the Store Manager, while helping customers with supplements, proteins and meal plans. If you are driven, competitive and direct, and you want your first leadership role in fitness nutrition, this is your step up.

Quick facts: Full-time, 40-50 hours | $18-$22 per hour plus commission | Meridian, ID or Nampa, ID | In person

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales, customer service or fitness-industry experience
• A proven drive to hit goals and a competitive streak
• Direct, confident communication and a team-first attitude
• Comfort with sales goals and basic numbers
• Able to work 25-50 hours a week
• Prior leadership experience is a plus
• High integrity

Responsibilities

• Coach customers on supplements, proteins, meal plans and macros
• Push Health Coaches to hit monthly sales goals and hold them to the standard
• Train new team members and set the pace on the floor
• Run opening, closing and daily operations
• Take charge of the store when the Store Manager is out
• Represent Nutrishop at local gyms and fitness events
