Retail Team Member

We’re looking for dependable, friendly team members. We buy and sell gently used children's clothing, shoes, toys, and equipment. Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.

Operate the register and accurately handle purchases and payments.

Assist customers with questions and the selling process.

Sort, tag, hang and stock merchandise.

Help evaluate gently used items according to store standards after training.

Keep racks, displays and work areas clean and organized.

Complete assigned opening, closing and cleaning duties.

Work with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to stay organized and work in a busy environment.

Ability to stand, move around the store and handle merchandise throughout a shift, with reasonable accommodation.

Availability for scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Retail experience is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person.
