We are looking for full time Machine Operators to join a team. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment.
- Set up machines and load materials as needed.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or production issues.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Meet production goals and follow established procedures.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous machine operation or production experience required.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Basic math and attention-to-detail skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials within established safety limits.
- Ability to wear required PPE and work in a production environment.
