Financial Advisor

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Financial Advisor who wants to build an independent practice with the support of an established financial services firm. This opportunity is ideal for advisors who want greater control over their client relationships, business decisions, and earning potential.

You will build and manage your own client base while accessing investment, financial planning, insurance, marketing, technology, and compliance support. The role offers a flexible, remote working arrangement and a performance-based compensation model designed to reward long-term business growth.

• Build and grow client relationships through networking, referrals, existing connections, and proactive business development.

• Develop personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement, income planning, and long-term wealth management.

• Provide investment advisory and insurance solutions aligned with clients' financial needs and objectives.

• Build relationships with individuals, families, retirees, professionals, and business owners.

• Identify opportunities in estate planning, business succession, wealth preservation, and broader financial planning.

• Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, communication, and financial plan updates.

• Collaborate with investment, insurance, tax, and legal specialists to address complex client needs.

• Manage client onboarding and practice development while following applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, Investment Advisor, or Insurance Agent.

• An existing book of business is preferred; candidates with strong relationship-building and business development capabilities may also be considered.

• Series 65 or Series 66 qualification, or willingness to obtain the required qualification with firm support.

• Relevant advisory, securities, or insurance licenses, as applicable.

• Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to generate business independently without relying on assigned leads.

• A client-first approach focused on long-term relationships and personalized financial guidance.

• Greater independence: Build and manage your practice with ownership of your client relationships.

• Performance-based earnings: Access a progressive advisory-fee payout structure designed to reward production and business growth, alongside full eligible insurance commissions.

• Established infrastructure: Access investment platforms, financial planning tools, client reporting, billing, and customer relationship management systems.

• Marketing support: Leverage marketing resources, campaign materials, and professional guidance to grow your practice.

• Operational and compliance support: Receive assistance with registrations, account transfers, onboarding, and regulatory requirements.

• Professional collaboration: Work with experienced advisors and specialists to expand the solutions available to your clients.

• Professional development: Receive support for qualifying licensing and professional development programs, subject to applicable terms.

• Potential equity participation: Eligible advisors may be invited to explore ownership opportunities in the firm, subject to review and approval.

• Employment type: Independent contractor, Form 1099.

• Work arrangement: Remote.

• Compensation model: Commission only, with no base salary.

• Business development: Advisors are responsible for developing their own client base; leads are not guaranteed.

• Ideal candidate: An advisor seeking greater independence, stronger alignment between production and earnings, and the infrastructure to build a sustainable practice.

• Candidates with smaller books of business may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
