Groundskeeper Porter

The Groundskeeper Porter maintains clean, orderly commercial properties across multiple locations. This role performs routine exterior cleaning, vacancy cleaning, property inspections, and issue reporting under the direction of a property supervisor, while working independently with scheduled check-ins. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between cities are required. Employer-provided blowers and cleaning tools are available for routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Blow off storefronts and surrounding areas.
• Pick up trash throughout assigned parking lots.
• Sweep around dumpster enclosures during each visit.
• Change trash bags and wipe trash lids daily.
• Clean window mullions.
• Clean vacancies once per month.
• Inspect properties and report issues, including bulk trash and broken concrete, to the supervisor immediately.
• Travel between assigned properties in different cities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial property maintenance.
• Experience with janitorial cleaning.
• Reliability and strong time-management skills.
