A Day in the Role
- Inspire and Educate: Build an inclusive, engaging classroom where learners grow confident with HVACR fundamentals and advanced concepts.
- Hands-On Training: Demonstrate procedures and coach students as they practice diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems.
- Curriculum Development: Partner with education teams to refine and update course content that reflects current industry trends.
- Mentorship: Provide individual guidance, encouraging critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Safety First: Model and enforce safety protocols and best practices at all times.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 4+ years of practical experience in areas such as refrigeration, commercial and residential HVAC, mini-splits, and boilers
- Certifications valued: EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10–30
- Clear, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy for learners at different stages and speeds
