InHome Sales Consultant (Roofing & Siding) – Full Commission + Benefits

Compensation: Uncapped Commission (Expected Earnings $75,000 - $150,000)

Schedule: 2 Appointments Per Day, 5 Days/week
Location: Grand Rapids – InHome Appointments Provided

We’re a fastgrowing roofing and siding company looking for a motivated EXPERIENCEDInHome Sales Consultant to join our team. If you’re driven, great with people, and excited by unlimited earning potential, this is a highimpact role where you can thrive.

We provide prequalified, highintent leads no cold calling. You focus on what you do best: connecting with homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do

• Run companygenerated inhome appointments with homeowners
• Assess roofing and siding needs and present tailored solutions
• Deliver professional estimates and close sales using a proven process
• Maintain communication with leads and manage your sales pipeline
• Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth project delivery
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• In Home Retail Sales Experience, specifically in residential roofing
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Confidence presenting in a homeowner’s environment
• Selfmotivated, competitive, and goaloriented
• Ability to learn technical product details
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
