As a Line Cook at Heroes Restaurant & Brewery, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality food our guests know and love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensuring food is cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Assisting with prep work, inventory, and other kitchen duties as needed.

We’re searching for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.
