Position: General Warehouse Associate
Location: Winder, GA
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Employment Type: Short-Term Project (with potential for temp-to-hire based on client needs)
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Monday Friday)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (Monday Friday)
Position Overview:
TRC Talent Solutions is seeking General Warehouse Associates for a short-term assignment involving the modification of plastic Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). You will work with a team to alter, clean, and prepare these containers as part of a large-scale sustainability project.
Primary Responsibilities:
Cut, clean, and modify plastic IBC bottles per production specifications.
Safely operate hand tools and basic cutting equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Follow all company safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
Adhere to Dayforce timekeeping and attendance standards (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks for the duration of a shift.
Comfortable working in an industrial or warehouse environment.
Basic understanding of hand tool operation (cutters, scrapers, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Steel-toe boots required; other PPE may be provided.
