Autonomous Production Manager

Local Company is seeking an experienced Autonomous Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) performance. This leadership role is responsible for managing production teams, improving operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or equivalent leadership experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
- 5+ years of high-volume manufacturing experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and/or supervisors
- Automotive, industrial manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
- Experience with automation, robotics, assembly operations, painting, surface preparation, or related processes is a plus
