Customer Service Associate

We’re looking for upbeat, reliableTeam Membersto join our team. Position consist of making snowballs , handing out orders and light food preparation. You’ll help prepare and serve snoballs, greet guests, handle orders, and keep your station clean and stocked.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in doing things right.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve snowballs.
• Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
• Keep all areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist teammates during busy times to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
• Able to stand for long periods and work in warm or outdoor environments
• Must be at least 16 years old (work permit required for minors)
