Financial Aid Officer

Responsibilities:Evaluate financial aid applications and determine eligibility for various aid programs, including grants, scholarships, and loans.
Counsel students on financial aid options, application procedures, and budgeting strategies.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing financial aid programs.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the student experience.
Stay informed about changes in financial aid policies and procedures to provide up-to-date guidance to students and staff.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Prior experience in financial aid administration or student services is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
