Caregiver Position
Job Summary:
Modani Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Bancroft, NE. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing in-home care services to seniors and adults who require support with daily living activities. Responsibilities:
Provide in-home care services to clients, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help clients with household chores, meal preparation, and medication management
Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate records and reports of client care activities
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and industry standards
Collaborate with the Modani Care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes
Must pass a background check and drug screen
