What You’ll Do

• Meet with new and existing clients to discuss benefit options
• Build relationships and provide personalized solutions
• Generate new business through referrals and outreach
• Maintain client accounts and provide ongoing support
• Track progress and hit weekly/monthly performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, goal-driven, and reliable
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales are helpful but not required
• Valid Drivers License required
• Must be 18 years or older

Schedule:

• On-site work in Springfield, MO
• Monday - Friday
• No nights
