Join ALL Love Home as a Direct Care Professional (DCP) and make a meaningful impact every day. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to support adults with mental health needs, behavioral challenges, and daily living skills in a licensed Adult Foster Care environment.

This is a part-time, long-term role with opportunities for additional shifts based on performance, reliability, and resident needs. Holiday and weekend availability is required due to the nature of 24/7 residential care.

As a Direct Care Professional, you will help residents maintain independence, develop daily living skills, and improve their quality of life through consistent support, engagement, and supervision.

? Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and grooming

Support meal preparation, feeding, cleaning, laundry, and home management tasks

Assist residents with community outings, appointments, and social activities

Build positive relationships through conversation, emotional support, and meaningful engagement

Implement treatment plans and behavioral goals designed by case managers and clinicians

Monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, and health

Assist with medication administration (after training)

De-escalate behavioral situations using approved techniques and calm communication

Maintain a safe, structured, and clean environment for all residents

Complete accurate documentation for each shift

Uphold confidentiality, professional boundaries, and resident rights
