Job Title: Carpenter (Cabinetry & Custom Fabrication)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Entry Level or Skilled Carpenter with a strong background or willingness to learn in cabinet building or similar custom wood products. The ideal candidate has at least some knowledge of tools or three years of hands-on experience and thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a solid understanding of woodworking tools and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, assemble, and finish cabinets or similar wood products to specification
- Safely operate and control various cordless power hand tools, including drills, routers, palm sanders, staplers, and more
- Interpret and follow production paperwork, drawings, and work instructions accurately
- Install and work with hardware components such as assembly screws, finish screws, locks, pulls, and hinges
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Proficiency with cordless power tools and general carpentry equipment
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry hardware and installation techniques
- Ability to read and follow production paperwork and technical instructions
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
