As a Kitchen Lead, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone with a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards in both quality and teamwork.

• Lead the Kitchen Team: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee Production: Manage the preparation and production of our baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Problem Solving: Address any kitchen challenges or issues with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to implement new recipes, improve processes, and meet business goals.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
• Organization: Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and management.
