Description:
An Associate with a minimum of 6-7 years of New Jersey Family Law experience.
New York Family Law experience a plus but not required.
Must be admitted to the NJ Bar with New Jersey Court experience and have strong writing and legal research skills.
Candidates must be available to work in our Livingston office full-time 5 days per week. Salary is commensurate with experience.
The starting salary range would be between $125,000 and $200,000 which would ultimately be determined by the number of years practicing family law in New Jersey, reputation in the family law community, hands-on work experience and the extent of any portable book of business.
We offer commissions on originations; firm-paid bar fees, registration and required ICLE courses; 401k with company match; health (with employee contribution), dental, vision and life insurance; personal/vacation time and annual discretionary bonuses and increases.
