1. Job Description: RN – Med/Surg Telemetry

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess patients and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate patients on treatment and discharge.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact, as applicable).
• Med/Surg and/or Telemetry experience required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Travel nursing experience is a plus.
