This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on concrete leader who enjoys running a crew, taking ownership of field operations, and delivering quality work on major infrastructure projects.

The company's concrete division focuses heavily on bridge and highway construction, but we are also interested in speaking with strong concrete professionals from commercial or residential backgrounds who have demonstrated leadership, technical ability, and a willingness to learn.

You do not need to come exclusively from heavy civil construction to be considered. We value proven experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead people.

  • Hourly Pay: $50.00 per hour

  • Annualized Base Pay: Approximately $104,000 based on a standard 40-hour workweek, before overtime

  • Travel Per Diem: Starting at $2,925 per month for qualifying employees

  • Per diem eligibility and amounts depend on how far the project is from your primary residence.

  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily production needs.

  • Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to maintain project schedules.

  • Identify field challenges and help develop practical solutions.

  • Learn and adapt to company procedures, technology, and construction management systems.

  • Mentor crew members and promote teamwork, accountability, and jobsite safety.

  • Solid understanding of concrete construction practices, quality, and safety.

  • Ability to read construction plans and communicate effectively with field leadership.

  • Willingness to learn new systems, procedures, and construction methods.

  • Dependable, organized, and capable of taking ownership of daily field operations.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Heavy civil concrete construction experience.

  • Bridge, highway, or DOT concrete project experience.

  • Experience with structural concrete, concrete forming, and large-scale placements.

Residential and Commercial Concrete Foremen Encouraged to Apply

Candidates with strong residential or commercial concrete experience will be considered, particularly those who have demonstrated long-term employment, crew leadership, technical proficiency, and the ability to adapt to larger construction projects.

We are looking for the right leader, not simply someone with the right job title.

What Makes This Opportunity Attractive?
  • Competitive $50/hour compensation.

  • Substantial monthly per diem for qualifying traveling employees.

  • Opportunity to work on bridge and highway infrastructure projects.

  • Lead a manageable crew of approximately 4–5 people.
