About the Role: Fin & Crab is looking for a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC! Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth business performance
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance and morale
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Assist in scheduling, staffing, and labor cost management
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Track key performance metrics and assist in driving revenue and profitability goals
Requirements:- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and basic financial reporting
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
