Position: Packing Operator 2nd shift
Pay: $19.25/hour
Shift: 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Location: Mooresville, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Packing Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $19.25 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Operate robotic and manual packaging equipment, including conveyor systems and control panels
- Perform manual packing tasks such as lifting, filling, sealing, labeling, and sorting resin products
- Load supplies (bags, shrink wraps, ties) onto packaging machines
- Use forklifts to move finished products and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety regulations and plant policies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Machine operation experience a plus
- Proven reliability with 2+ years at previous jobs
Skills
- Order picking, packing, and general warehouse operations
- Robotic system operation and palletizing
- Operating control panels and forklifts
- Manual lifting, sealing, labeling, and sorting
