What You'll Be Doing:- Learning to build comprehensive financial plans covering investments, insurance, and retirement
- Meeting with clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions
- Growing your own network through referrals, community involvement, and mentorship
- Working toward required licenses (Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses) full training and sponsorship provided
- Completing our Culture Index assessment as part of the interview process
What You'll Need:- A 4-year college degree (required)
- No prior finance experience necessary we'll train you from day one
- Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about people
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset
