Location: West Melbourne, FL 32904
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Alliance Workforce is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a great opportunity in West Melbourne! We are looking for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and providing excellent customer service.
If you have warehouse experience and forklift skills, this could be a great fit!
What You'll Do
Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
Prepare outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
Restock products and assist with locating and moving inventory.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
Help customers load merchandise into their vehicles as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and report safety concerns.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
Forklift operating experience and valid forklift certification.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties.
Comfortable working in a warehouse that is not climate-controlled.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
