Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Pay: $25/hr

Duration: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. This role is responsible for conducting physical inventory counts, cycle counting, receiving and shipping materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records within an ERP system. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and reconcile full physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy

• Conduct routine cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory accurately

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Maintain inventory records within an ERP system (NetSuite preferred)

• Support warehouse organization and inventory control initiatives

• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and tracked throughout the warehouse

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse, inventory, materials management, or related experience

• Experience performing physical inventory counts and cycle counts

• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems

• Understanding of receiving, shipping, and inventory control processes

• Ability to lift and move materials in a warehouse environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite ERP

• Forklift experience and/or certification

• Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
