About the Role: Alfa Insurance - The Regency Agency is looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team in Mobile, AL. Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Present and sell Alfa Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
- Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and state insurance regulations
Requirements:- Active Alabama Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and hit sales goals
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
