Position: Warehouse Worker
Pay: $19.00
Shift: 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Worker to start IMMEDIATELY at $19/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Review production schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion
- Use RF scanners to accurately organize and replenish inventory
- Complete cycle counts and manual product counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Return and consolidate materials to improve storage efficiency
- Train new team members and share best practices for productivity
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with RF scanners and basic computer operations
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels accurately
- Strong attention to safety and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation

- Material handling expertise
- Experience with inventory management and cycle counting
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail for accuracy in order fulfillment and labeling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to overtime
