Assignment Type: Direct-hire

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 / Per year DOE

Responsibilities of Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist Job in OKC:

• Provide full-service bookkeeping for multiple clients across various industries.
• Generate client invoices, record customer payments, and prepare bank deposits.
• Assist with preparation of basic financial statements for internal and client use.
• Process client payroll, calculate and record payroll taxes, and prepare related reports.
• Communicate directly with clients in a professional manner regarding routine matters.
• Account reconciliations
• Payroll and payroll taxes

Qualifications of Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist Job in OKC:

• 2+ years public Bookkeeping experience
• Advanced Excel
• QuickBooks experience
