Position: Material Handler
Location: Westford, MA
Work Schedule: Day Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 4x10 (Monday – Thursday)
Pay Rate: $21.85 / hour

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to oversee physical and systematic inventory flow for our medical device manufacturing operations. In this role, you will ensure materials, components, and work orders move seamlessly and accurately between the warehouse and cleanroom production cells in compliance with FDA and QMS guidelines.
What You’ll Do
- Execute systematic and physical material movements, generate work orders, and process work order receipts in the ERP system.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of parts, sub-assemblies, and raw materials to manufacturing cells to maintain production schedules.
- Maintain documentation in strict compliance with FDA regulations, GMP, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and internal SOPs.
- Safely transport production supplies, including standard process chemicals (e.g., isopropyl alcohol, diluted sulfuric acid; full training and PPE provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and staging area; work scheduled overtime as business needs dictate.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of inventory control, warehousing, or material handling experience (experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated manufacturing strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with generating work orders, issuing parts, and completing receipts in an ERP/WMS system.
- High accuracy in counting, labeling, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to support cross-functional teams and work overtime when needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
