Contract Duration:8 Weeks
Shift:12hrs. +Rotating Weekends. Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night
Pay Rate: LPN $40hr. RN $45hr

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract LPN/RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. Our mission is to provide the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the lives of everyone we touch.
About the Role:
As a Contract LPN/RN with Aspire Senior Living Carthage, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Demonstrating a commitment to our residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
Requirements:
Currently licensed as an LPN/RN in the state of Missouri
Previous experience in a long-term care setting, preferably with seniors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Note:This position is intended for local contract candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
