Project Manager - Remodeling Supervisor

Coors Remodeling Inc. in Lafayette, IN is looking for a full-time Project Manager - Remodeling Supervisor. You will help make sure our remodeling projects run smoothly and our customers are happy.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

This is a full-time job. You will spend time working in the office and also at different job sites around Lafayette. You will be involved with projects from start to finish.

As a Project Manager - Remodeling Supervisor, you will start your day by visiting job sites and making sure work is going as planned. Each day, you will talk with homeowners to give them updates and let them know what is happening next. Sometimes, you will help with hands-on work at the job sites when needed. You will also talk with other professionals, plan the job schedule, and check in with our billing team to keep everything on track. You will report to the Production Manager and work with the rest of our team to get each job done right.

PROJECT MANAGER - REMODELING SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in construction or remodeling
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills for daily updates with homeowners and teamwork
• Ability to coordinate and schedule multiple aspects of production
• Willingness to work onsite and in office as required
• Experience working directly with homeowners (preferred)
