care.Responsibilities:- Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervisethe implementation ofbehavioral assessmentmeasures and functional assessment measures.
- Developindividualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
- TeachRegistered Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
- Conductregular caregiver and/or teacher training.
- Be responsible forongoing individual programoversightand conducting weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Updateclient program and materials.
- Arriveat appointments, meetings, training, etc. at the scheduled timeand returnphone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion.
- Conductself in a professional manner and treatall clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Meetregularly with the Clinical Director and notifyher/him immediately of issues impacting the client’s progress and satisfaction.
- Maintainrecords in accordance with policies and proceduresand completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain abillable caseload and documentbillable hours according to state and federal regulation.
- Participatein professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial to Mindful Sprouts and professional growth.
- Adhereto the mission, vision, and values of Mindful Sprouts.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis,psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related field required;Ph.D. preferred.
- BCBA certification and/or licensed professional.
- At least 1yearof experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses with a full range of skills and abilities (preferred).
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior-analytic therapies.
- Experience with staff training and supervision.
- Excellent writing and communication skills;highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Must have successfully passed a criminal background screening.
