You roll into 800 Village Road with your playlist locked in and the studio ready to light up. Members filter insome regulars, some first-timersand you set the tone fast: welcoming, upbeat, and easy to follow. The hour flies as the room builds momentum, and you keep the energy high while making sure everyone feels comfortable jumping in at their own pace. After class, there’s that electric post-workout buzz: quick hellos, high-fives, and a few questions from members before you wrap up and head outalready thinking about the next time you’ll sub in and keep the rhythm going.
