The Opportunity

We're not looking for an average salesperson. We're looking for a proven closer, a natural leader, and someone who refuses to settle for average results.

We're seeking an experienced high-ticket sales professional with a proven track record of closing at least $2 million in annual sales revenue.

You'll meet with homeowners through company-provided, pre-scheduled appointments. Your responsibility is to understand their vision, accurately measure their basement, develop a proposed floor plan, present the right solution, and close the contract on the spot.

Our sales model focuses on one-call closing, and we expect someone who takes ownership, delivers results, and focuses on solutions rather than excuses.

We're looking for someone with a long-term mindset who is ready to step up, demonstrate leadership, and grow with MMC Building.

No cold calling, prospecting, appointment setting, or lead follow-up required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, pre-scheduled in-home consultations.
• Accurately measure basement dimensions and assess the space.
• Create and present a proposed basement floor plan during the consultation.
• Understand homeowner needs, budgets, and expectations.
• Present customized solutions, pricing, and financing options.
• Confidently handle objections and close contracts during the initial consultation.
• Take ownership of sales performance and consistently exceed targets.
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and commitment to company growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven high-ticket sales experience.
• Minimum $2 million in annual closed sales revenue with verifiable performance.
• Experience in window sales, roofing, remodeling, home improvement, basement finishing, or automotive salesstrongly preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure basements and develop proposed floor plans on-site.
• Proven closing ability, exceptional communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong work ethic, discipline, accountability, and ambition.
• Uncompromising honesty, integrity, and respect for customers.
• Leadership potential and a genuine interest in long-term growth.
• Reliable transportation and availability for in-home consultations.
