Lead People. Build Relationships. Grow Something Meaningful.
Project LeanNation Middletown is looking for an outgoing, motivated leader who loves working with people, building relationships, and turning ideas into action.
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading a team, takes initiative, and understands how to turn goals into results. You'll work directly with the owner to keep the team aligned, grow the business, and build meaningful connections throughout our community.
If you're a natural relationship builder who enjoys sales, thrives on solving problems, and wants to make a positive impact on people's lives, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Lead the team: Run daily huddles, communicate priorities, coach team members, and keep everyone accountable and moving toward shared goals.
- Drive growth: Help grow membership, increase sales, engage existing members, and encourage repeat business.
- Build relationships: Connect with prospective members, local gyms, fitness studios, and community partners to create new opportunities.
- Take initiative: Turn business goals into actionable plans, coordinate the details, and see projects through to completion.
- Lead by example: Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, engage customers, make protein shakes, and jump in wherever needed.
- Adapt and improve: Try new approaches, evaluate results, and adjust when something isn't working.
- Support daily operations: Help oversee scheduling, inventory, store standards, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Partner with the owner: Communicate progress, share ideas, solve problems, and help move the business forward.
Who You Are
- You have experience leading a team in membership sales, fitness, hospitality, retail, or another relationship-driven business.
- You're outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations and building relationships.
- You're a proactive, people-focused leader who enjoys taking ideas from concept to execution.
- You lead by example and are willing to work alongside your team.
- You're organized, resourceful, and comfortable taking responsibility for results.
- You're adaptable and persistent, with the ability to learn from setbacks and find new ways to achieve goals.
- You're passionate about helping people live healthier lives and enjoy being involved in your local community.
