The UPS Store Sales Associate plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while efficiently processing shipping transactions and managing print and mail services. This position requires operating office equipment, handling cash transactions, securely packaging items, and maintaining inventory within a small team environment under the guidance of the Store Manager. No travel is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Process transactions accurately using point of sale (POS) systems
- Package items securely for shipping and receiving
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions
- Manage print and mail services with attention to quality
- Operate printing and office equipment efficiently
- Maintain inventory and ensure availability of materials
