Strike Recovery Group is a financial recovery firm specializing in collections, commercial debt recovery, litigation, judgment and lien enforcement, and related financial services. We combine financial expertise with practical legal and collections experience to deliver efficient, ethical, and results-driven recovery solutions for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team at our New York office.

Responsibilities

As our Bookkeeper, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and Excel spreadsheets
• Record and categorize financial transactions
• Track payments, expenses, invoices, and other financial activity
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records
• Work closely with management on bookkeeping and financial matters
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required
• Min. 4 years of previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Previous experience working in a law firm or legal office is strongly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient data entry skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Professional, dependable, and motivated to grow with the company

Compensation & Growth

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
