Hiring for needs at our two Dover area locations:

• Forrest Dr. in Dover, near Dairy Queen / Wawa
• Main St. in Camden, CR Plaza S/C

Enjoy an established customer base, paid training, free telemedicine, and paid time off even for part-timers. Join our team and put your haircutting skills to work with Folk Design Group, a locally owned franchise group operating 23 salons for over 20 years.

Experienced stylists and newly licensed cosmetologists and barbers are welcome.

Know what you can earn

• $25–$40 per hour in combined earnings, including guaranteed base hourly wage. tips, product sale commission, and incentives. Actual earnings vary; this range is not the guaranteed base wage.
• Up to a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible first-time full-time FDG employees. Ask about your eligibility and payout schedule.
• Established customer base, no need to build a book of clients.

Our salon focuses on haircutting and does not offer color services. Great Clips’ customer base and marketing help bring guests through the door, so you can spend your time delivering quality haircuts rather than finding your own clients.

You’ll work alongside teammates who share knowledge and support each other. Paid training and one-on-one coaching help you strengthen your skills, and our 23-salon organization offers opportunities to grow into salon leadership.
