TRC Talent Solutions is looking for an experience Picker for our client in Lithia Springs, GA

Position Summary

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in ensuring customers receive accurate and timely orders.

Job Details:

• 9:30am-6pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using pick lists, scanners, or warehouse management systems.

• Accurately verify product quantities and part numbers.

• Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipment.

• Prepare shipments and ensure proper labeling of packages.

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory organization.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Load and unload products as needed.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.

• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations.

• Basic computer and scanner experience is a plus.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
