Back-of-House General Labor
Location: Ocean Township, NJ 07712
Pay: $18.25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Description
We are looking for dependable General Labor Associates to support back-of-house operations. This is a hands-on position involving furniture assembly, moving furniture, trash removal, and other physical labor duties.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and move furniture.
- Assist with moving and organizing materials.
- Handle and remove trash.
- Perform general back-of-house manual labor.
- Work safely while handling materials and furniture.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
- Ability to perform team lifts for heavier items.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Able to perform physical/manual labor throughout the workday.
- Ability to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team.
